Can I check out later than 11:00 AM? Unfortunately, a later checkout is not possible. The cleaner needs sufficient time to prepare everything for the arrival of new guests.

Do I need to bring my own towels and bedding? No, one set of towels and bedding per person is included with each booking. If you need more, you will need to bring it yourself.

Do I need to bring my own firewood for the sauna? Each booking includes one bag of firewood for the sauna, kindling, and fire starters. If you need more, you can bring kiln-dried wood with a moisture content of up to 15-20% (to prevent smoke disturbance to other park guests). Using collected wood is not allowed as it can damage the sauna stove and cause smoke issues for other guests.

Where can I park my car? The chalet has a private parking space. It is mandatory to park your car here.

Can I charge my electric car? Yes, there are charging stations at the nearby parking lot by the main entrance. Charging is not allowed at the chalet itself.

Is there Wi-Fi? Yes, free Wi-Fi is available.

Confirmation of your booking After filling in your details and confirming your booking on the site, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation will also include additional information about the park, check-in, etc.

What are the cancellation/booking conditions? The conditions are listed on the site under booking terms. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

I made a booking but didn’t receive an email. What should I do now? Please check the email address you provided during the booking and check your spam folder. If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes, please send an email to chaletcasadelcarmen@gmail.com.

How can I change a booking? To make (timely) changes to your booking, please send an email to chaletcasadelcarmen@gmail.com. Note: If booking terms are not met, there may be costs associated with changing the booking.

Are pets allowed? No.

Is smoking allowed in the chalet? Smoking inside the chalet is not allowed.

Are all prices inclusive of VAT? Yes.

When is the outdoor pool open? The pool is open during the season. For the most up-to-date days/times, visit Welkom bij Sportfondsen Borsele (zwembadstelleplas.nl). A small fee is required for pool use.

Is there bicycle parking? You can park your bike in the garden; there is no shed available.

Is the chalet accessible for guests with limited mobility? The chalet is accessible for those who have difficulty walking. Unfortunately, it is not accessible for guests who are completely wheelchair-bound.

Is there a washing machine available? There is no washing machine in the chalet. You can obtain a coin for the washing machine at the holiday park reception (for a fee). The washing machines are located near the playground.

Is there a crib available? Yes, the dimensions of the crib are 65 x 125 x 77 cm. You will need to bring your own bedding. The maximum load is 20 kg/86 cm.

What payment options are available? There are two payment options: You can pay via iDEAL, for which you will receive a payment request, or you can manually transfer the amount to:

Hello! We are Gregory and Talitha, an adventurous couple from Vlissingen. Together with our two children, Carmen and Jordan, we form a close-knit family that enjoys new experiences and challenges. Gregory works in shipbuilding, and Talitha in financial services, but together we run our vacation chalet with great pleasure.

We love sharing our little piece of Zeeland with others and look forward to welcoming you. In our free time, we enjoy being active: Gregory and Jordan love action sports, while Carmen expresses her passion for gymnastics.

We speak fluent English, reasonable German, and a fair amount of French, so we can assist our guests in various languages. We hope you have a fantastic time at our chalet and look forward to meeting you soon.
