Can I check out later than 11:00 AM?
Unfortunately, a late check-out is not possible. Our housekeeping team needs enough time to prepare the chalet properly for the next guests.

What is the minimum age to make a booking?
The main booker must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking and must be present during the stay.

Do I need to bring towels and bed linen?
No, one set of towels and bed linen per person is included per booking. If you need additional sets, please bring them yourself.

Do I need to bring firewood for the sauna?
Each booking includes 3 bags of firewood for the hottub and sauna, as well as kindling and firelighters.
If you need more wood, you may bring your own kiln-dried firewood with a moisture content of max. 15–20%, to avoid smoke nuisance for other guests.
Please note: For safety reasons, using self-collected wood is not allowed, as it can damage the sauna stove and cause excessive smoke.

Where can I park my car?
The chalet has a private parking space. Parking elsewhere is not allowed.

Can I charge my electric car?
Yes, charging stations are available at the central parking area near the main entrance. Charging at the chalet itself is not permitted.

Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the chalet.

After entering your details and confirming your booking on the website, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information about the park, check-in, and more.

What are the cancellation and booking terms?
You can find the current terms on our website under Booking Terms. By booking, you automatically agree to these conditions.

I made a booking but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check that you entered the correct email address and check your spam or junk folder. If you haven't received the email within 30 minutes, contact us via chaletcasadelcarmen@gmail.com.

How can I modify my booking?
Send an email to chaletcasadelcarmen@gmail.com with your request. Please note: if the booking terms are not met, changes may incur additional costs.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in the chalet.

Is smoking allowed in the chalet?
No, smoking inside the chalet is not permitted.

Are all prices including VAT?
Yes, all listed prices include VAT.

When is the outdoor swimming pool open?
The pool is open during the season. For current opening hours, visit zwembadstelleplas.nl. A small fee applies for use of the pool.

Is there bicycle parking?
Yes, there is a shed behind the chalet that fits four bicycles. The shed can be locked for safe storage.

Is the chalet accessible for guests with limited mobility?
The chalet is accessible for guests with limited mobility. However, it is not suitable for guests who are fully wheelchair-dependent.

Is there a washing machine?
There is no washing machine in the chalet. You can collect a coin at the park reception (for a fee). Washing machines are located near the playground.

Is a baby bed available?
Yes, a baby bed is available (dimensions: 65 x 125 x 77 cm). Bed linen is included.

Hello! We are Gregory and Talitha, an adventurous couple from Vlissingen. Together with our two children, Carmen and Jordan, we form a close-knit family that enjoys new experiences and challenges. Gregory works in shipbuilding, and Talitha in financial services, but together we run our vacation chalet with great pleasure.

We love sharing our little piece of Zeeland with others and look forward to welcoming you. In our free time, we enjoy being active: Gregory and Jordan love action sports, while Carmen expresses her passion for gymnastics.

We speak fluent English, reasonable German, and a fair amount of French, so we can assist our guests in various languages. We hope you have a fantastic time at our chalet and look forward to meeting you soon.
